Summary :
The reeduction of dysfunctional dysphonia often reveals non-audible pharyngeal tensions in phonation. The realization by the patient of sounds drawn from the imagination and agreeing to those made by his reeducator will allow him to refine and lighten his vocal gesture. The «5th tap of the word» could be the place of six noises that we propose to realize together. The adaptation of the patient to this device will prove productive for the rehabilitation of his voice.
