Summary :
Nasal glioma is a rare congenital benign midline facial tumor. Antenatal diagnosis of fetal tumor represents an important advance in the management, because it is essential to guide the couple prenatal counseling and orientation of management prenatal and/or postnatal. We report our experience of a nasal glioma prenatal diagnosis. Antenatal diagnosis was evoked in intrauterine with an ultrasound examination and confirmed after birth. This has allowed the psychological preparation of parents, counseling on care which has been prepared and programmed at the age of 26 months with favorable suites.
