Summary : Certain peripheral vertigos undoubtedly do not raise from neurosensorial structures but rather of the secretory structures and can be called “endolymphatic”. They deserve to be individualized because concerning different pathogenic mechanisms and certainly are relevant for a specific treatment. We hope that in the next years new investigation tools will allow to explore in a noninvasive way the endolymphatic contents and disfunctions of these structures.
